Where Will the Website be Built During Its Development?

This is up to the client. Some clients want their website built directly on the new URL address. However, this is not always plausible, because a website may already be in place. If this is the case, the web designer will build the website in their local folders or directly on the clients web space, but the website will not be visible to the public. Another option could include building the new website on a different server than the existing one with "NO FOLLOWS" in the html code.
